1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and unworn (except for trying them on).
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Note: We do not accept returns on items that are marked as “final sale” or “clearance.”
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process:
- Visit our Returns Portal on our website or contact our customer service team at support@kickstosole.com.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for returning your items.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If everything is in order:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refund processing time may vary, but typically it takes 5-7 business days after we receive and approve the return.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@kickstosole.com with your order number and photos of the defect or damage. We will provide you with a prepaid return label for the defective item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Socks or insoles
- Items marked as “final sale”
7. Late Returns
We cannot accept returns after the 30-day return window has closed. Unfortunately, any items returned outside of this time frame will not be eligible for a refund.
